LET’S ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS. IF YOU NEED TO ENQUIRE FURTHER, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH DIRECTLY.
-
For most lessons, we recommend that students have access to their own instrument for regular practice at home, as this is key to making good progress. However, instruments are available for use during lessons where appropriate, especially for beginners or trial sessions. If you're unsure what to get, we’re happy to advise before you purchase anything.
-
Absolutely—you can learn purely for fun! Lessons are tailored to your goals, whether that’s playing your favourite songs, building confidence, or working towards graded exams. Exams can be a great way to track progress and gain qualifications, but they are completely optional.
-
Lessons can be paid for per lesson or in advance, whichever suits. We also offer an introductory deal of the first 4 lessons for the price of 3. Please get in touch to discuss what works best for you.
-
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for lesson cancellations. Unfortunately, lessons cancelled with less notice may still be charged, as your teacher’s time has been reserved. If we need to cancel a lesson, a replacement lesson or credit will always be offered.
-
Your teacher will guide you on any books or materials needed as you progress. Many resources are provided during lessons, especially in the early stages. Bringing a notebook can be helpful for lesson notes and practice reminders.
